All items must be returned within 7 days of recieving item with original tags still attached. all items will be shipped 1-2 days after purchase.

We hope that you love all your purchases from Londyn Jade's Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your purchase with original tags intact. No makeup or deodorant stains, dog/cat hair, perfume, cigarette smells or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

Items purchased at a discounted rate are FINAL SALE. 

Shoes must be sent back in original shoe box. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS 

Please include packing slips with your return, it is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. 

Once your return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged items must be reported within two days of receiving your purchase. Please email us at shoplondynjades@gmail.com and forward any photos of damage. Without photos, return will not be accepted. 

Color variation of merchandise due to lighting, computer resolutions, and/or photography lenses are not considered damaged.
