Shipping Policy

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receiving the items and you will purchase our $5 reshipment along with providing an updated address. 


if your package is lost in transit please email us at so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package. 

***please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. if the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. if products are marked as delivered you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

we are not responsible for any delays caused by our shipping carrier and will not refund shipping charges if USPS does not meet their gauranteed shipping time. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
